Scorsese To Direct DiCaprio In ‘The Wolf Of Wall Street’

Martin Scorsese has become re-attached to the upcoming film The Wolf of Wall Street and is bringing Leonardo DiCaprio with him.

The film had been in the planning stages since May 2007 and originally had both attached, but Scorsese dropped out to do other projects. It is based on the memoirs of Jordan Belfort, who was eventually indicted in 1998 for securities fraud and money laundering.

Presumably the film will begin production after DiCaprio finishes filming the upcoming J. Edgar Hoover biopic with Clint Eastwood.
