Mirelle Enos Joins ‘World War Z’

Mireille Enos (The Killing) will join the cast of the film World War Z. She will play Karin Lane, the wife of Brad Pitt’s Gerald Lane.

The film was having trouble getting off the ground, but it looks to be back on track. Marc Forster (Quantum of Solace) is directing the Max Brooks book that follows “a post-war UN investigator who is compiling data for the Commission, interviewing individuals from all around the globe who played key parts in the war against the undead, or who simply have heart-wrenching stories to share, giving the war effort a face beyond cold, hard data on how to stop the undead.”
