Theatrical Releases for May 20th, 2011: Pirates Of The Caribbean And More!

Pirate of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides and more hit the theaters this weekend! We’ve got the full list for you below – what will you be going to see?

35 and Ticking (R), Comedy – A romantic comedy which looks at a group of thirty-somethings trying to figure out life, love and marriage. Stars Meagan Good and Kevin Hart.

Bloodworth (R), Drama – It’s been 40 years since E.F. Bloodworth abandoned his loving wife and sons for a life on the road. Now at the end of the line, Bloodworth reappears, forced to reckon with the stale aftermath of his departure with his mentally destroyed ex-wife Julia and his three sons who are soured by years of anger. Bloodworth’s only solace is a budding relationship with the grandson he never knew. Stars Val Kilmer, Kris Kristofferson, and Hilary Duff.

Cost of a Soul (R), Drama – A gritty tale of two wounded veterans who return home to the ghetto they joined the military to escape. As they struggle for redemption, their own families become entangled in a web of crime, corruption and violence. Stars Chris Kerson, Will Blagrove, and Mark Borkowski.

Midnight in Paris (PG-13), Dramatic Comedy – The story centers on a family traveling to Paris for business. The party includes a young engaged couple forced to confront the illusion that a life different from their own is better. Stars Owen Wilson, Marion Cotillard, and Rachel McAdams.

Pirate of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides (PG-13), Action – When Captain Jack Sparrow crosses paths with a woman from his past but he’s not sure if it’s love or if she’s a ruthless con artist who’s using him to find the Fountain of Youth. When she forces him aboard the ship of the formidable pirate Blackbeard, Jack finds himself on an unexpected adventure in which he doesn’t know who to fear more: Blackbeard or the woman from his past. Stars Johnny Depp, Geoffrey Rush, Penelope Cruz, and Ian McShane.
