Weekend Box Office Report: X-Men Takes The #1 Spot

X-Men: First Class opened at #1 in the box office this weekend grossing $56 million dollars to claim the spot. The Hangover Part II dropped to #2 in its second week with a $32.4 million gross. Kung Fu Panda 2 also slipped a spot in its second weekend, moving to #3 with $24.3 million. Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides fell one spot to #4 with $18.0 million. Bridesmaids dropped a spot to #5 in its fourth weekend, bringing in $12.1 million.

  1. I heard it was better than the rest of the films actually. The filmed part of it here in Georgia so I’m looking forward to checking it out!

  2. i dont know about better, but i found it to be just as enjoyable. really filled in alot of the backstory of proff. X and Magento. and i loved the 2 cameos of original xmen characters.
