Weekend Box Office Report: ‘The Hunger Games’ #1 For Third Week

The Hunger Games maintained its hold on the box office holding even at #1 for a third week with $33.5 million. Opening at #2 was American Reunion pulling in $21.5 million in its opening weekend. The 3D rerelease of Titanic opened at #3 with $17.4 million. Wrath of the Titans slipped two spots to make way for the new releases, ending in #4 with 15.0 million. Mirror Mirror also slipped two spots in its second week with $11 million, ending up at #5.
