“Keeping Up With The Kardashians” Season 3 Premieres This Sunday!

It’s a guilty pleasure that you just can’t deny like most of the E! programming. Keeping Up With The Kardashians premieres it’s 3rd Season this coming Sunday, and starts out with a bang as Khloe has missed two DUI meetings in a row due to being out of the country. After making a court appointment, Khloe finds herself sentenced to 30 days in jail. The episode revolves around how well the family deals with Khloe’s jail sentence and also around Kris’ ongoing heartache over her ex-husband Robert Kardashian’s death 5 years back.

If you haven’t watched the series before and you’re intrigued by it, now is a good time to start. You’ll learn about the ties of the Kardashian family to the infamous OJ Simpson case which first brought the family into the spotlight. Before the passing of Robert Kardashian, Kris remarried legendary track athlete Bruce Jenner. The family now consists of the two of them, their daughters Kendall and Kylie, and then Kris’ children Kourtney, Khloe, Kim, and Robert.

You’ll get a good grasp on the family dynamic in the first episode where the family is en route to drop Khloe off at jail. As yelling ensues, an aggravated Kris tells Kim, who is busy taking myspace-styled pictures of herself, to “Stop taking photos of herself, her sister is going to jail.” Kim simply replies that it all needs to be documented and continues to take pictures of herself.

A wonderfully amusing and guilty pleasure of everyone that has tuned in, it’s a good way to wind down on a Sunday night and have a laugh with friends. This season is sure to hold up to its promise of the most intense drama from the family yet as Bruce ends up in the hospital, Robert and his girlfriend learn living together isn’t as easily as it looked, Khloe looks into plastic surgery and ends up posing nude for PETA, Kourtey starts to break in the business, and Kim finds herself doubting whether or not she should perform with the Pussy Cat Dolls.

Keeping Up with the Kardashians premieres Sunday, March 8 at 10:00 p.m., ET/PT on E! Don’t Miss it!
