DVD Review: Carmen Electra’s Aerobic Striptease: In The Bedroom

Carmen’s back and bringing total body fitness to the sexiest room in the house in Carmen Electra’s Aerobic Striptease: In the Bedroom. A follow-up to her top selling fitness series, In the Bedroom combines body-sculpting dance moves with sultry stretches and toning exercises you can perform on or around your own bed.

Review:
Carmen Electra’s Aerobic Striptease: In The Bedroom will help you stretch, tone, and give you a saucy little workout while teaching you a sexy bedroom style routine that you do around and on your bed. Carmen’s workout routines are great for viewers who are perhaps new to home video work out routines. She goes through the routines step by step allowing for everything to sink into your memory. However, it’s not put together as well as it could be. This DVD was filmed in a hotel room in Vegas, which seems like an appropriate setting, but there are parts where you feel that the camera needs to pull back more from Carmen, and perhaps the reason it doesn’t is because there simply wasn’t enough room in the hotel room to do so.

Also, some of the shots seem awkward, the music paired with the routine gets kinda of old, and the routine really isn’t that much of a workout, just more a sexy lite aerobic routine to do. While in concept this is a great idea, I didn’t really feel like it delivered what I hoped that it would. As I said in my review of her other DVD, I felt that this one was too designed more for a man to watch than for a woman to work out to.
