‘Smallville’ Actor Arrested For Drugs
‘Smallville’ star Sam Jones has been arrested by the DEA for conspiring to “illegally purchase and distribute” over 10,000 pills of oxycodone. He was taken into custody Wednesday and it is believed that he has been the “co-conspirator” and “Hollywood connection” in countless drug deals since 2008.
Jones has been charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute. He could face up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
Jones is best known as Clark Kent’s close friend Pete Ross on ‘Smallville’.
(sigh)…a taint on Smallville and thus Superman. Wow, who would have thought. 10,000 pills at one time? That means he was a drug dealer big time. What a black eye for Smallville. I expected a higher standard from a Superman show.
