Lohan’s Victim Has Bar Bill As Evidence Of Intoxication

The victim of LINDSAY LOHAN’s 2005 Hollywood car crash has retrieved
the actress’ bar bill to prove she was under the influence when the accident
occurred.

Lohan is being sued by Raymundo Ortega for crashing her Mercedes-Benz into
his red van in Los Angeles, after allegedly drinking at celebrity hotspot The
Ivy.

The Mean Girls star has refuted claims she had consumed alcohol during her
lunch date with pals and says the police report of the incident will prove her
innocence against Ortega’s allegations.

But Ortega has now gotten hold of the actress’ restaurant bill, which shows
the party of five ordered four Ivy Gimlets – a strong vodka and mint cocktail,
reports TMZ.com.

And he hopes the new evidence will be enough for a judge to rule in his
favour over the negligence lawsuit – although there is no way of knowing if
Lohan, then 19, drank the cocktail.

Lohan – who was recently ordered to give a videotaped deposition in relation
to the lawsuit – has filed a countersuit to fight the claims, and is seeking
damages of $75,000 (#37,500) from Ortega.

A trial date of 7 April (08) has been set for both cases.
