Darren Star’s New Show In Bidding War

There’s a bidding war between ABC, NBC and CBS over the new show ‘Good Christian Bitches’, the new project from Darren Star who was behind ‘Sex & The City’. The show is based on a book of the same name and is written by Robert Harling, who also wrote ‘Steel Magnolias’ and ‘The First Wives Club’.

The show centers on Amanda Vaughn, a recently divorced mother of two who moves back to the affluent Dallas neighborhood where she grew up. Gossip ensues.
