Kristen Stewart Still Settling Into Her Fame, Peter Facinelli Says

Peter Facinelli, the Dr. Carlisle Cullen depicter on “Twilight” and “The Twilight Saga’s New Moon”, says something about his co-star Kristen Stewart. He admits that the 19-year-old beauty currently is still trying to adapt herself to her sudden rise of fame.

“I think being mind-blown about it isn’t the same as being uncomfortable with it,” he told Us Magazine during the New York City premiere of “Nurse Jackie” on Tuesday, June 2. “I think she’s got a real charm and grace about her, and I think she really is settling into it.”

Kristen Stewart received an award for Best Female Performance category during 2009 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday, May 31. When giving a speech on the stage, she revealed to her fans that she was “awkward”. Talking about Stewart’s attitude, Facinelli said, “That’s just Kristen. I think she has that shaky knee syndrome and that’s part of her charm.”

Professionally, Kristen Stewart and Peter Facinelli are starring on “The Twilight Saga’s New Moon”. About the upcoming vampire drama film, Facinelli opens up that it currently is in the process of editing. “Hopefully they’ll pick the good parts and make a good movie. I’m excited to actually see it,” he stated.

  1. she definitely has that endearing quality about her in that shes not fully comfortable being a public figure, and many seem to eat that up.

  2. I don’t think it’s hard for her to deal with she’s just not used to it and it does take a while to get used to every being like “oh she was in Twilight…” and then always taking pictures what not.. 😀

  3. I am sure it is hard for her constantly being photographed and watched, but this is the time where she needs to make the right decisions about how she conducts herself in public, tweens all over look up to her and will do what she does, and unfortunately she is now a role model!
