Juliette Lewis Hospitalized After Hit-and-Run Crash

Singer-actress Juliette Lewis was briefly hospitalized Wednesday night in after another driver broadsided her Lincoln Town Car and then fled the scene.

Though the Town Car was totaled, 37-year-old Lewis suffered only minor scrapes, bruises, and pain to her back and neck.
Lewis was released and has since been recovering in her home.

The unknown driver faces a felony hit-and-run charge when found.
