During an altercation with his girlfriend Elycia Turnbow, Frankie Muniz “put a gun to his head” and “punched her”, she says.

The domestic altercation was reported this past Friday in Phoenix, Ariz., and notes the cause of the altercation solely due to an argument between the couple about “prior relationships.” It also notes that Muniz’s girlfriend states that when the actor “put the gun to his head”, she believes it was “possibly with the intent of committing suicide.”

Turnbow further states that she called one of Muniz’s bandmates to take him to the hospital, but the Malcolm in the Middle star refused at that time and went later only due to concerns after “falling and hitting his head” during the latter part of the argument.

Muniz denied the alleged suicide attempt. “I grabbed the case, but not the gun… it isn’t even loaded,” he told police, who later found a loaded gun on the premises.

Reports also state that after his trip to the hospital, Muniz returned and “punched me [Turnbow] in the back of the head, and threw me into a wall while in the downstairs bedroom.”

Once again, the actor denied the allegations, saying that he was awakened “by Elycia yelling at him and hitting him in the face.”

Cops reported no visible injuries, but told the couple that if they got out of control again, they’d both be arrested.

No word yet on whether Turnbow agreed to press domestic violence charges against Muniz after giving police these chilling details along with a full statement.
