Olivia Wilde Files For Divorce

After eight years of marriage, Olivia Wilde has filed for divorce.

The 27-year-old actress’s career is on fire. Wilde starred in the high successful film Tron:Legacy, and will soon return to House. So why did she file for divorce last week from husband Tao Ruspoli at the Los Angeles County Superior Court?

Well, Wilde and Ruspoli, the son of late Italian Prince Dado Ruspoli, actually split last month. After obviously still not seeing eye to eye after a trial separation, Wilde cited irreconcilable differences as the reason.

Though going through a divorce however, 2011 seems to be the year for the actress to shine. With one movie just completed, three in post-production and two presently filming, she’s definitely not trading in her Hollywood heels for romantic movies and a box of tissues!
