Robert Pattinson Talks Says Wrapping ‘Breaking Dawn” Is Like A Breakup
Filming has wrapped on Breaking Dawn, and Robert Pattinson admits that the split from his character Edward Cullen feels a bit like a breakup.
“It does feel like a break-up.” Pattinson admitted, “I do love the guy – and I’m going to miss him. I prefer to think of ending this franchise is like leaving school. It’s the last day of high school.”
Pattinson also revealed that there is one thing he’s not going to miss about filming – those special vampire contacts. “I’ll be very glad not to put those contacts in anymore or have to put on the sparkling make-up.” Pattinson admitted, “But it’s been my whole life, the whole of my whole 20s. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
Breaking Dawn wrapped filming a few days ago in Squamish just outside of Vancouver. It’s still expected that Pattinson and co-star Kristen Stewart will be doing some re-takes in the future, but as for now – filming has finished on the 4th Twilight installment. The first of the 2 part Breaking Dawn hits theaters this November!
