Spike TV’s Scream 2010 Promises Big Names And Big Events

Spike TV’s Scream 2010 awards is promising big names and big events to viewers everywhere this year!

The show tapes October 16th, but ‘fright fans’ everywhere can catch the show on Spike just three days later. Some big events are going down this year, including a blast from the past when Michael J. Fox, Lea Thompson and Elisabeth Shue reunite on stage to mark the 25th anniversary of Back to the Future.

David Arquette will also be there along with costars Neve Campbell, Emma Roberts and Hayden Panettiere to present never-before-seen footage from Scream 4!

As if that isn’t enough to glue us to the screen, the guest list [which is still in progress], already includes favorite vamps and vixens such as Twilight star Kristen Stewart and True Blood stars Alexander Skarsgard, Sam Trammell, Rutina Wesley and Kristen Bauer!
