The Daily Verse: Darksiders 2 Delayed, God of War Ascension, 007 Legends And More

Darksiders II Delayed
News came in from THQ today that Darksiders II has been delayed until August 2012. THQ insists that this move is unrelated to Wii U’s launch or the recent layoffs at the company. Instead, the company is using this extra time to help polish the game and help make sure it’s a good one when it releases this fall. The game is set to be launched on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. A Wii U version is expected to come later on this year.

God of War: Ascension
God of War: Ascension has just had its boxart and trailer has just been leaked for the PS3. Not much is known about this new game as of yet.

007 Legends
Activision has just announced a new James Bond game for the Xbox 360 and PS3. Do to be released this autumn, 007 Legends, takes the single-player campaign through elements of the upcoming James Bond movie as well as plot elements from five other James Bond movies. Four-player split screen multiplayer action with competitive online modes is currently being planned for this latest game.

Soul Sacrifice
Sony has announced that they are developing a new game for the Playstation Vita. Announced to be Soul Sacrifice, not much is currently know about the game except that it has a dark theme to it. A reveal is currently set for May 10th. In the meantime, check out their teaser site below.
