Unreleased Crash Bandicoot DS Demo From Renegade Kid

A video has surfaced of a previously unreleased video demo of Crash Bandicoot for the Nintendo DS. Apparently, Activision contacted the developer Renegade Kid back around 2008 to make a Crash Bandicoot demo for the Nintendo DS for them. The below is the result of that pitch to Activision. The demo shows off a full 3D world surrounding a beach and mountainside. Although we all now know it was never released, it is interesting to see what almost happened. Renegade Kid later went on to release such hits such as Mutant Mudds and Bomb Monkey for the Nintendo 3DS eShop.
