Lost Writers Sell ‘Once Upon A Time’ Pitch To ABC
Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis [writers of Lost], have sold a television series pitch called Once Upon a Time to ABC.
The series is being described as “a modern-day take on fairy tales, with a female protagonist who comes from a unique background”. The series will be set in a small town in Maine and will feature an ensemble cast.
In late 2008, ABC was said to be developing the similarly-themed television adaptation of the Bill Willingham comic book series, Fables. Though this project doesn’t seem to have a direct connection, it is unclear whether ABC will be moving forward with Fables as well.
Sounds intersting. When it makes it to TV I’ll for sure check it out.
