White Stripes Team Up With Beck For Christmas Singles

Rock duo THE WHITE STRIPES have added a third member in the shape of BECK for a special Christmas (07) release.

Three colored vinyl singles will hit stores on 18 December (07), each featuring the track Conquest and a new song co-produced by Beck.

The B-sides are We Can’t Afford to Look This Cheap, Cash Grab Complications On The Matter and It’s My Fault For Being Famous, Honey.

They’ll appear on red, white and black vinyl singles.

According to Billboard.com, Beck contributed vocals and piano to Being Famous, and slide guitar to Honey.

One of the pre-Christmas releases also features a mariachi band version of Conquest.

The White Stripes stars Jack and Meg White are currently shooting a bullfighting-themed video for Conquest, the third single from their latest album, Icky Thump.
