Bjork Tree To Be Planted In Iceland
A bronze tree featuring letters of the artistic alphabet created for BJORK’s
2004 album MEDULLA is to be ‘planted’ as the centerpiece of a new town in Iceland.
French design duo Mathias Augustyniak and Michael Amzalag will erect the tree on a site earmarked for a new community project outside of Icelandic capital Reykjavik next month (Dec07).
Author Stephanie Cohen will pen a children’s book about the tree’s origins.
