Lohan To Sing About Her Troublesome Year

LINDSAY LOHAN’s forthcoming album will feature songs inspired by her traumatic and headline-grabbing 2007.

Jeremy Greene, the R&B singer/songwriter responsible for writing much of Lohan’s new record, admits he studied her newspaper cuttings before setting to work on two tracks he has penned for the upcoming disc.

Speaking after a recording session with Lohan in Los Angeles earlier this month (09Feb08), Greene told Life & Style magazine, “She’s working hard on her new songs. She’s just in the recording stages, but she’s going strong.”

He says of one track, I Miss You: “I wrote it specifically for her and what she’s going through right now. She said she relates to it. It reminds her of her relationship with her dad. She connects with it.”

And Greene adds of another, Faith: “I think she’ll relate to this song as well because it’s about complicated relationships in someone’s life. With everyone around her, she’s definitely dealt with these kinds of relationships.”
