Elliott Yamin’s ‘Fight For Love’ A “Collection of Undeniable Pop-R&B” – Billboard

Elliott Yamin’s sophomore album ‘Fight For Love’ is out May 5th on Hickory Records and follows up his 2007 self-titled debut, which achieved success as the highest independent debut from a new artist in Billboard history, entering at #3 on the Top 200.

In a recent interview, Billboard described Elliott as “raw and soulful, with limitless potential and the vocal chops to make it in the music business” and praised his forthcoming album as a “collection of undeniable pop-R&B.”

In response, Elliott discussed his evolving sound and role as a co-writer on the album: “I wanted to make something that sounded contemporary, but was still me. I also wanted to write more this time around — to show that I’ve grown as a songwriter and an artist.”
