‘The Vampire Diaries’ 5.18 Episode Promo: Resident Evil

The Vampire Diaries returns Thursday, April 17,  and a new promo video of the episode has been released! Stefan and Elena are having visions… for each other?

Last episode, we saw Elena and Damon trying to break up without keep making “mistakes”, while Caroline and Enzo were looking for Stefan’s doppelganger to kill him and help the travelers.

Things are getting complicated in Mystic Falls: Travelers are not what they were supposed to be and new alliances are being done, and now Elena and Stefan are elevating their connection by having visions. Another doppelganger “issue”? Check the video below to know more!
