‘V’: Where Would Season 3 Have Taken Us?

1

V wrapped up too soon for many fans. In the series finale of the reboot of V, the 5th Column is crushed in a failed coup against Anna. There is a new opposition lead by the humans that entered the picture called the Aries Project. All the humans above ground fall under Anna’s spell just in time for the V Armada to approach. And lastly, there’s Lisa’s evil twin who seduces Tyler, gets knocked up, and then kills him. Actual Lisa is imprisoned after an attack on her mother’s life, and then Anna kills her mother Diana. It was a pretty explosive finale!

In promotion of the release of Season 2 of V on DVD, we wanted to ask fans – If the series had continued, where would the next episode had taken the story? Would the humans win and crush the Vs, would the Vs and humans live peacefully together, or would it be doomsday for all mankind?

If it was up to us, it would have to be a mixture. Obviously, if the series had continued and everyone had learned to live peacefully – or successfully wipe out one another – then the series would have been over anyways. You have to have the perfect blend of drama without jumping the shark (as us TV fans like to say), and allowing one side too much victory would be jumping the shark.

So what would we want? We’d want there to be some sort of catch with Tyler’s death… a turns out he wasn’t really dead after all kind of deal. We’d want to see the Vs retreat a little more and watch them try to blend into background – living among the humans but also planning a more unexpected attack.

Where would you have wanted to see the series go? Let us know in the comment section below!
