‘The Vampire Diaries’ Casts Two Recurring Guest Stars

Great news for Vampire Diaries fans! Two new recurring guest stars have been added to the cast!

First off, former Girlfriends star, Persia White, has been cast as the highly anticipated role of Abby Bennett! Abby is the mother of Bonnie (Kat Graham) who abandoned her at birth. Abby is described as a beautiful, but troubled woman. She is also “as determined and fiery as any Bennett woman.” Persia White is set to make her TVD debut in the backend of season three, episode 312. We haven’t seen much of Bonnie’s family, so I think it’s safe to say that this will definitely be interesting.

Lastly, it seems as though Alaric (Matt Davis) might be getting a love interest! Torrey DeVitto, who is married toVampire Diaries star, Paul Wesley, is set to appear in episode 310! According to the Hollywood Reporter, Torrey will be playing a young, beautiful, and intelligent doctor named Mary. Her character will find interest in Alaric’s ‘power’ of recovery. Finally! Alaric needs some action.
