Actor Don Matheson Dies at Age 84
Don Matheson has died at the age of 84. The Land of the Giants star passed away in Woodland Hills, California on June 29, 10 months after he was diagnosed with lung cancer, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Matheson, who began acting following a career in law enforcement, was best known for his roles in TV series Falcon Crest, The Waltons and Dynasty.
He is survived by his actress and musician daughter Michele Matheson, whose mother is screen star Deanna Lund.
