NBC Picks Up Roseanne Barr’s New Pilot ‘Downwardly Mobile’

NBC has picked up the pilot of Roseanne Barr’s new show Downwardly Mobile.

Former Roseanne executive producer Eric Gilliland created the mutli-camera show, which has Roseanne as the owner of a mobile home park and surrogate mother to the people who live there because of the bad economy.

Barr will write and executive produce for 20th Television. John Argent is another executive producer.
