Bill Pullman Cast In NBC Comedy Pilot ‘1600 Penn’
Bill Pullman is set to play the President of the United States in a new comedy pilot for NBC. Pullman, who also played the President in Independence Day, has been cast as President Dale Gilchrist in 1600 Penn.
The show stars Pullman as the President and head of a dysfunctional family. Gilchrist’s out-of-control oldest son (Josh Gad) returns home and becomes its biggest liability as well as the glue holding everyone together.
