ABC Early Renewal List Revealed: ‘Revenge’, ‘Once’, And More!

ABC is reportedly about to issue early formal renewals for nine of its scripted shows. The network will be issuing renewals for Once Upon a Time, Revenge, Modern Family, Grey’s Anatomy, Castle, Suburgatory, Last Man Standing, Happy Endings and The Middle.

The site reports that Cougar Town, Private Practice, GCB and Missing are “question marks,” with Private Practice‘s renewal or cancellation dependent on the soon-to-debut Scandal. The shows Body of Proof, Pan Am and The River are considered long shots, with final decisions unlikely until May.

The River may go to Netflix, as genre serials do well on streaming services and The River had very good DVR viewing.

    Nothing that I didn’t see coming already. Really happy Once Upon A Time, Castle, Revenge, and Last Man Standing got renewed! I’ve heard great things about Happy Endings. It’s awesome to see it got renewed as well!
