Tom Hiddleston Performed for Fans at Wheatland Music Festival in Preparation for ‘I Saw The Light’

Tom Hiddleston tested out his singing skills by making a surprise appearance at a music festival to prepare for his role as country singer Hank Williams in an upcoming biopic.

The Thor star paid a visit to Michigan’s Wheatland Music Festival on Saturday and took to the stage for a cover of the music icon’s “Move It On Over”.

The British actor showcased his Southern drawl and guitar playing skills during his performance, much to the delight of fans at the bluegrass and folk festival.

Hiddleston’s unannounced gig occurred just a month before he’s due
to begin filming on I Saw The Light, a film based on author Colin Escott’s book, Hank Williams: The Biography.
