August Alsina Collapsed Onstage During New York Performance

August Alsina collapsed during a sold-out concert in New York City on Monday.

The “No Love” singer was performing at The Irving Plaza venue in Manhattan when he stumbled off the stage and fell into the audience. Security guards rushed to pick the star up and carry him backstage.

Witnesses tells TMZ that Alsina, best known for songs such as “I Luv This Sh*t”,”Ghetto” and “Make It Home,” was carried out of the venue on a stretcher but was well enough to wave goodbye to his worried fans. Videos of the dramatic fall have since appeared on Instagram and Youtube.

Monday’s gig was part of his Testimony Live tour. It is not known if the remaining tour dates, including the recently sold Philly and Boston, will go remain.

There’s also no word as to what caused the unfortunate incident.
