Ariana Grande Turned to Miley Cyrus for Advice Amid Diva Rumors

Ariana Grande turned to fellow pop star Miley Cyrus for comfort after she was accused of throwing tantrums and behaving like a “diva”.

Grande has hit headlines in recent weeks amid multiple reports suggesting she has behaved badly. Her life coach was reported to have resigned due to her “bad attitude” and fans have grumbled that she was rude during a meet-and-greet session.

Grande, who denied the claims, has now revealed she turned to Cyrus for support amid the furore.

She tells Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper, “I was upset and I contacted Miley. I said, ‘Miley, I’m so sad – what do I do? This isn’t true. My heart is broken, I feel so bad’. She was like, ‘Girl, don’t even look at it. Just be happy that you’re blessed. You have family and friends (that) love you, you have fans that love you who know what’s true and what’s not’. She added, ‘It will blow over and tomorrow they’ll be talking about something else.'”

Grande is adamant that the reason she faces such struggles in the industry is because she is a woman, adding, “If you see a woman working hard who is successful – who doesn’t stop until she reaches her goal, who is strong and has wishes and dreams she wants to fulfil, and works hard every day – you label them a diva. But if you see a man doing that, you’re like, ‘He’s incredible, he’s an amazing businessman’.”

Just to be clear, however, the diva rumors came from reports of her being rude to fans, throwing tantrums and being unreasonably demanding on photo shoot sets…not simply from being too “strong”. There were also rumored issues on the set of Ariana Grande’s old tv shows Victorious and Sam and Cat …hmmmm…
