Channing Tatum Signs Online Petition to Save ‘Witches of East End’

Channing Tatum has thrown his star support behind an online petition launched to save his wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum’s canceled drama Witches of East End.

Lifetime network officials announced last week that the supernatural series would not be returning for a third season due to low ratings, but fans are refusing to accept the news and have since launched an Internet campaign in a bid to convince TV executives to change their minds.

On Saturday, the ipetitions.com appeal was given a huge boost when Magic Mike XXL star Tatum added his name to the list and urged others to join him.

Sharing a link to the petition on Twitter, he wrote, “I love this show. I signed it.”

Tatum recently revealed the couple’s plans to expand its family depended on the future of Witches of East End, revealing, “It really depends if Jenna’s show gets picked up for a third season. Then we would probably wait (to have another child).”

The Tatums are parents to baby daughter Everly, who was born last year.
