Miley Cyrus stunned the high-profile crowd at the Art Basel Miami Beach Opening Night Party in Florida on Wednesday night by smoking marijuana onstage while topless.
The singer, who is known for her penchant for showing skin, turned heads after showing up at the Raleigh Hotel with mirrorball pasties stuck on her bare chest and a silver thong worn over the top of a pair of sparkly tights. She completed her bizarre look by donning a silver tinsel wig.
Cyrus, who arrived with her rumored new boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger, even poked fun at her outrageous attire onstage, joking, “You thought this (Art Basel) was a respected (sic) place where you could escape me!”
She then raised eyebrows again by puffing on a joint during her set, telling the crowd, “Usually I don’t smoke weed and drink – well that’s a lie… usually I don’t smoke weed and drink on show days, but I felt like it was fine in Miami.”
Cyrus, 22, covered up a little as she left the party with Schwarzenegger, wearing a black bra and a denim skirt over her barely-there silver stage outfit.
