Eion Bailey Returning to ‘Once Upon a Time’ as Pinocchio

It sounds like Emma’s love life is about to get complicated because Eion Bailey will be making a return to Storybrooke in Once Upon a Time.

Entertainment Weekly has confirmed the news that August Booth, aka the puppet-turned-real-boy-turned-grown-man-turned-puppet-turned-real-boy will make his return to the show when it returns for the second half of the season.

According to the site, August will make his return in episode 14, “Enter the Dragon.”

August was last seen adding pages to the Book of Fairytales and now that Regina and Rumple are now searching for The Author, it makes the most sense that we’d see him in some form of flashback. On the bright side, it looks like we’ll definitely be getting to the bottom of who this mysterious Author is. Once creators have already confirmed to TVLine that the Author and the Sorceror may or may not be tied saying, “there are some assumptions that characters are making, and that stuff will be cleared up very quickly in 4B. But yes, everyone is assuming that that’s the Sorcerer’s mansion. And some are wondering if he is or isn’t the Author….”

Once Upon a Time returns Sunday, March 1 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
