- Halt and Catch Fire is scheduled to begin filming its second season in April.
- Captain America: Civil War is scheduled to start shooting in Atlanta in April.
- Ben Affleck’s new film The Accountant is scheduled begin shooting next week.
- Paul Rudd and Selena Gomez’s new film The Revised Fundamentals Of Caregiving is supposed to shoot in the state.
- Melissa McCarthy’s new comedy Michelle Darnell will film in Georgia and is currently hiring crew members! (Judging by the description the movie sounds a lot like a hilarious take on Martha Stewart’s legal troubles)
Currently in Production
- Zac Efron and Robert DeNiro’s film Dirty Grandpa was spotted shooting around Inman Park and will be shooting around Oak Valley Rd and Roxboro Rd on Tuesday the 20th( see below for shooting schedule)
- The Vampire Diaries is scheduled to film in Covington, GA on Jan. 20.

- Anna Kendrick was spotted arriving in Atlanta to shoot The Accountant.
- Zac Efron and Robert DeNiro were spotted filming around town.
- Chloe Moretz posted a pic of herself having fun on the set of The Fifth Wave
