‘Fantastic Four’ Teaser Trailer Released

The first full-length teaser for 20th Century FOX’s Fantastic Four has been released. The teaser gives us a glimpse of the cast and possibly the tone of the film, but in trues teaser fashion gives us very little about the plot of of the movie (and almost no look at the super team’s powers).

 Fantastic Four is a contemporary re-imagining of Marvel’s original and longest-running superhero team that centers on four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways. Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their daunting new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy.

Fantastic Four is directed by Josh Trank (Chronicle) and stars Miles Teller (Divergent), Kate Mara (Deadfall), Michael B. Jordan (Red Tails), Jamie Bell (Snowpiercer), and Toby Kebbell (Wrath of the Titans). Fantastic Four releases August 7th.
