A Fan’s Eye View of the National Pebble Beach Pro-Am with AT&T’s Lucky Foursome

AT&T gave four golf fans a Fan’s Eye View of the annual National Pebble Beach Pro-Am, and although their time to learn new golf tips and rub clubs with celebrities has come and gone, we can still re-live the awesome week they had as much as we want.

The Foursome was comprised of Tim Lang- Military Veteran, Katie Horsford- First Tee mentor, Dan McLaughlin of The Dan Plan and Tiffany Fitzgerald of Black Girls Golf and throughout the week, the group was treated to a VIP experience like no other. Their time at Pebble Beach included everything from meeting veterans and delivering food for the Veteran’s Transition Center of Monterey County, to playing in the Boys & Girls Club Pro-Am and paying a visit to the Golf Academy to experience new technology.

At the Golf Academy the group was treated to all kinds of state-of-the-art equipment demos and more. They did a Video Swing Analysis with Laird Small, Director of the Pebble Beach Golf Academy, tested the Robotic Swing Trainer with Scot Nei, one of golf’s most innovative instructors and spent some time at the Science and Motion PuttLab with Kevin Hanssen, PGA Member and the Lead Instructor at the Pebble Beach Golf Academy. As if that weren’t enough, the Foursome also received Full Swing Instruction from Dan Pasquariello, who was selected by Golf Magazine as one of its “100 Best Teachers in America” in 2011/2012.

Rounding out their week the Foursome got the chance to walk the course with a Pebble Beach Historian, watched the 3M Celebrity Challenge from AT&T’s Sky Box (which included appearances from Billy Murray, Don Cheadle, Jake Owen, Josh Duhamel, Andy Garcia, Chris O’Donnell, Kelly Slater and many others), hung out with pro golfer, Jordan Spieth, and, possibly coolest of all, the group tee’d off on the iconic Pebble Beach course.

We introduced the Foursome a couple of weeks ago and kept up with them throughout their time at Pebble Beach, and now that the time is over (we know, sad) let’s take a look back at all of the fun they had, lessons they learned and bonds forged over the course of the week.
