Jay Z has been hit with a paternity suit from a 21-year-old man who is convinced the hip-hop superstar is his father.
Rymir Satterthwaite claims his mother Wanda used to hook up with Jay Z in the early 1990s and believes he was conceived before the rapper shot to stardom.
He filed a civil suit against Beyonce’s husband in December, accusing the 99 Problems hitmaker of lying about his residency in a New Jersey court in a bid to escape having to take a DNA test.
Satterthwaite’s mom previously tried to take Jay Z to court in 2010, but his lawyers successfully had the case dismissed after questioning the jurisdiction of New Jersey Superior Court Judge Edward McBride, Jr.
However, Jay Z’s alleged lovechild is now challenging his residential status amid allegations he owns three properties in New Jersey, too.
In handwritten legal papers made public on Wednesday, Satterthwaite’s legal guardian and lawyer, Lillie Coley, accused Jay Z of causing aspiring rapper Rymir financial and emotional damage by attempting to dodge the paternity test.
Jay Z’s attorneys have yet to respond to the latest allegations.
The superstar wed Beyonce in 2008 and they are parents to three-year-old daughter Blue Ivy.
