Ariana Grande and Big Sean Reportedly Split

Apparently the couple that PDAs together doesn’t always stay together, as Ariana Grande and Big Sean have reportedly called their very public relationship off.

The pair has been linked for about 8 months, but their reps told Us Weekly today that the two decided to part ways.“They made the decision to part ways because their conflicting touring schedules would keep them apart over the next year,” one source told the site.

“They both deeply care for each other and remain close friends,” their reps told Us Magazine in a joint statement. “We kindly ask that the media respect their wish for privacy regarding this personal matter at this time.”

Neither star has posted anything referencing the split via social media.

Big Sean was recently rumored to have tweeted about an encounter between ex Ariana and Justin Bieber. Apparently the Biebs got a little too up close and personal with Ariana during a recent performance and Sean tweeted (and reportedly deleted) “This kid is about to learn not to touch my girl like that. Beliebe that.”

No word on whether or not the two incidents are related.
