New ‘Scream Queens’ Teaser Proves Texting and Walking Can Be Killer

A new teaser for Ryan Murphy’s upcoming horror-comedy series Scream Queens shows how texting and walking alone at night are a deadly combo.

The new teaser was tweeted out with the caption “#Kappagirlzrule #Fratcreeper #Devilfaceeeeeeee Here’s the latest #screamqueens teaser!” and the clip didn’t disappoint. We see one of the Kappa sorority sisters walking home from a party while texting her sorority sisters and as the conversation continues, it becomes clear that something is not right.

One of the show’s stars, Oliver Hudson, revealed that since details of the plot are being kept a secret and the characters are still somewhat of a mystery, the killer in the devil mask could be anyone. “There’s a mystery around all of these characters,” said Hudson. “You don’t know who’s who, who’s real, who’s not, who’s being honest and who has motive and it’s really exciting. It’s like Clue.”

In addition to Hudson, the star studded cast for the new FOX series includes Jamie Lee Curtis, Emma Roberts, Keke Paler, Skyler Samuels, Ariana Grande, Lea Michele, Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer and Nick Jonas.

Scream Queens premieres on FOX this Fall.
