Adventures with the LG G4 – My New Favorite Camera
If you follow me on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram, you know I take a lot of pictures. Whether it’s just me geeking out at press events or doing celebrity interviews – or even if it’s just pictures of my little old lady yorkie. I love to document life. Most of this documenting happens with my phone’s camera, so when I heard about the camera on the new LG G4 – saying I geeked out was a bit of an understatement.

As a girl that has always loved photography, the G4 is a photographer’s dream. Not only does it capture images in RAW format, but it also has a f/1.8 lowlight lens which means you can snap absolutely amazing pictures in evening hours or at concerts. It also has an optical image stabilization, laser autofocus, high-res image sensors (16mp rear camera, 8mp front camera – so I can finally master the selfie with crystal clear quality), and color spectrum sensor in addition to many, many more features! You can also record in ultra high-definition and send 4K content from G4 to your HDMI-enabled TV (does require a 4K-compatible Slimport adapter). With everything the G4 offers, you have the functionality and quality of an SLR camera that you can fit in your pocket – and it just happens to be a phone too!
The craftsmanship of the phone itself is quite beautiful as well. Not to mention the color quality and vibrance is has more pop and clarity than I’ve ever seen with a phone or tablet device.
LG G4 Preview Tour
Last week in Orlando, I was able to visit the preview tour that LG and T-Mobile partnered up for. The trucks are driving across the country for 3.5 weeks giving people a chance to check out the new phone themselves before they hit stores. I was arrived in Lake Eola Park last Wednesday and got to chat with the team operating out of the truck (super cool people!) as well as try out a selfie stick for the first time.
After a week of getting to know the G4 and taking it to the beach with me. I can’t get over how amazing the camera is. It will be the phone that I’m taking to all the major conventions with me this summer, so all the celebrity photos coming your way – will be from the G4!
And maybe they’ll be a few selfies now too…
