This Week on Hulu: ‘Modern Family,’ ‘Black-Ish,’ ‘The Island’
Hulu has a lot of additions and new seasons arriving in the upcoming days.
Here’s a list of all the new TV shows being added to the lineup for the week of May 20th through May 26th:

THE NIGHT SHIFT – SEASON TWO FINALE (NBC)
“Darkest Before Dawn”
Two deadly snipers terrorize San Antonio in the season two finale. Also: TC and Topher return from Afghanistan; Jordan’s life is on the line; Dr. Joey Chavez questions his future with Krista; and Paul faces a difficult decision about his future.
MODERN FAMILY – SEASON SIX FINALE (ABC)
“American Skyper”
The sixth season ends with Alex’s graduation party at Jay and Gloria’s house, but Phil is stuck in Seattle on a business trip, so he uses the latest in technology to be as close as he can get. Meanwhile, Claire worries about Alex’s gift; Jay complains that Gloria’s cousin has overstayed his welcome; Mitchell keeps the news of his layoff a secret from Cameron; and a visit from Andy’s girlfriend turns Haley’s world upside down.
BLACK-ISH – SEASON ONE FINALE (ABC)
“Pops’ Pops’ Pops”
In the season one finale, Jack and Diane learn the history of the Johnson family from Pops, who tells them a colorful story about his great-great grandfather’s dealings with a ruthless gangster during the 1920s Harlem Renaissance.
STITCHERS – SERIES PRE-PREMIERE (ABC Family)
A woman gains access to the memories of the recently deceased to solve crimes for a covert government agency. Catch the first episode on Hulu before the official ABC Family premiere on Tuesday, June 2.
Friday, May 22nd
RED NOSE DAY – SPECIAL (NBC)
Red Nose Day, the U.K.’s #1 television fundraising event, is finally coming to America in a spectacular star-studded special live on NBC.
THE HEART, SHE HOLLER – SEASON THREE (Cartoon Network)
A hillbilly Twin Peaks set in America’s holler. Starring Patton Oswalt. Boss Hoss Heartshe owns 98.5% of Heartshe Holler and keeps the other 1.5% in a hidey hole. Upon his death, the hole is opened to reveal a secret Son. Watch as the blood grubbing heirs and cash thirsty rivals wrestle for every sort of supremacy that power provides.
Tuesday, May 26th
THE ISLAND – SERIES PREMIERE (NBC)
In The Island, internationally-acclaimed adventurer and survivalist Bear Grylls gives the modern American man the ultimate challenge: Can a man of today’s world survive on a deserted island without the luxuries – or even the basics – of contemporary everyday life?
