Another ‘Veronica Mars’ Alum Is Headed to ‘iZombie’

Another Veronica Mars alum will is set to guest star during iZombie‘s second season.

Following last season’s appearances by Percy Daggs III (who played Veronica’s best friend Wallace) and Ryan Hansen (aka the unforgettable Dick Casablancas), it’s no huge surprise that EP Rob Thomas has decided to bring another alum into the iZombie fold.

TVLine revealed that Adam Rose, whom many will remember as season 3 VM character Max, is set to appear as Byron McCoy, “a sensitive hipster prone to wearing ironic t-shirts and passionate about the arts. Byron may have information on a recent murder.”

During Comic-Con this year, we learned that Liv and Blaine will be teaming up to find out why zombies are beginning to disappear, but that doesn’t mean her investigation will get in the way of her full-time gig. “They’ve started to tell me a couple of the brains that I need to prepare for…I’m getting my guitar back out and doing a few things like that so, there’s definitely always a bit of a twist, but it’s definitely the best part about this job for me… that variety,”
McIver hinted.

Another Veronica Mars alum was recently announced as a new addition to a different The CW series. Jason Dohring, who played Logan Echolls in the teen detective series, has joined the cast of another teen series, The Originals,as a detective.

Which Veronica Mars cast member would you like to see appear next during the second season of iZombie?
