Mulder and Scully Are Back (and Talking!) in New ‘X-Files’ Promo

The latest teaser for the upcoming revival of The X-Files features the first words that fans have heard from Mulder and Scully since learning the two are teaming up again.

The 17 second promo doesn’t necessarily have any scenes in it that we haven’t seen before, but what it does have is words, glorious words! We see Mulder and Scully look at one another with a bit of hesitation in their eyes, as Mulder asks his partner “Are you ready for this, Scully?” to which she responds, “I don’t know if there’s a choice.”

In addition to the return of originals stars Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny, as FBI Agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully, Mitch Pileggi (Walter Skinner) and William B. Davis (The Smoking Man) will also appear in the limited event. The X-Files production vets Glen Morgan and James Wong are also confirmed to return writers-producers. It was also previously announced that Joel McHale, Robbie Amell and Lauren Ambrose will guest star.
