‘Fuller House’ Casts Danny Tanner’s Wife; Nicki and Alex Reportedly Returning

The cast of Fuller House is still growing and for the first time we’ll get to see Danny Tanner the father as Danny Tanner the husband.

CSI: Miami alum Eva LaRue has been cast as Danny Tanner’s wife, Teri, as confirmed by LaRue herself to a fan:

The role of Mrs. Tanner was previously described as a 40-year-old “attractive, vivacious … and youthful” African-American woman who has “quite an appetite for Danny and isn’t afraid to shower him with affection.”

Well, we can clearly see at least one aspect of the original casting call changed, but we’ll have to wait until the show premieres to see if anything else has as well.

In other Fuller House news, we previously speculated about the return of Uncle Jesse and Aunt Becky’s twins Nicky and Alex, played by Dylan Tuomy-Wilhoit) and Blake Tuomy-Wilhoit respectively, and now there are reports that the twins will be joining the rest of the cast (minus Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen) in the revival.

Hollywood Life reported that Dylan uploaded this shot of a Fuller House script with his name on it to his Instagram page, before deleting it shortly after.

However there’s still no official word on the twins’ return.
