‘American Horror Story: Hotel’ Cast Photos Tease Addictive New Season

American Horror Story: Hotel is shaping up to be the most horrifying season yet, as more details surrounding this year’s tale, and cast photos, give us a glimpse into what we can expect this season.

This season’s theme has to be addiction, with star Lady Gaga and show creator Ryan Murphy dishing about the new season to Entertainment Weekly, revealing, among other things, that the hotel will be filled with junkies and degenerates, and that Gaga’s Countess has a very specific appetite. “I prefer the term ‘ancient blood virus,'”Murphy told the mag of the Countess’ taste for human blood. “It’s really a form of hemophilia, in a way.”

During the interview it’s also revealed that Evan Peters’ Mr. March is the whole reason the hotel exists in the first place. The rich, charming but totally nuts March built the hotel in 1930 in order to serve as a hiding place for his real love…murder.

This year’s horrifying big bad (like Rubberman or Twisty the Clown in years before) sounds like AHS’ most disturbing yet (yep, even more than Bloodyface, who wore other people’s skin). The Addiction Demon is this year’s creature of choice and with no eyes or mouth, we may have already seen him in one of the two promos released. The creature may not have a face, but we hear he’s packing a conical drillbit dildo to make up for it. Yikes.
