Netflix’s ‘Gilmore Girls’ Revival to Cycle Through Four Seasons

News of a Gilmore Girls revival being in development broke the Internet last week, and although a network confirmation is still pending, we’re learning more and more about the show bit-by-bit.

The show will return in the form of four 90-minute episodes and now we have more details about the structure of the shows. According to TV Line, each episode will represent a season over the course of a full year: one for spring, one for summer, etc…

None of the series’ cast is confirmed to return yet, but negotiations are reportedly underway. The revival leaves room for all of your Gilmore Girls favorites to return including: Lauren Graham (Lorelai) and Alexis Bledel (Rory), Jared Padalecki (Dean), Scott Patterson (Luke), Kelly Bishop (Emily), Keiko Agena (Lane), Danny Strong (Doyle), Liz Torres (Miss Patty), Sean Gunn (Kirk), Yanic Truesdale (Michel), John Cabrera (Brian) and more!

Back in June, the entire cast reunited at ATX Television Festival and we were lucky enough to be in attendance, as well as chat with series star Scott Patterson, who told us what he thought of the idea of the Gilmore Girls existing in today’s world

What do you think of the revival’s format? Who do you want to see return? Chat all things Gilmore Girls with us in the comments below!
