‘Game of Thrones’ Star Maisie Williams Set for ‘Doctor Who’ Return

Maisie Williams completed her first and second guest stints on Doctor Who with Saturday’s episode, but we haven’t seen Ashildr aka Lady Me for the last time.

Now that we’ve witnessed Maisie’s character Ashildr go from little girl, to dead girl, to immortal girl to immortal woman, news has broken that this won’t be the last we’ve seen of the Doctor’s alien-human hybrid.

Doctor Who ep Steven Moffatt and writer Sarah Dollard revealed that the Game of Thrones actress will indeed return for another adventure with the Doctor, Clara and the TARDIS during a panel at MCM London Comic Con.

Williams will make another guest appearance in the series during Doctor Who‘s 10th episode, “Face the Raven”, which will also see the return of Jovian Wad as Rigsy, who made his series debut in last year’s episode, “Flatline.”

Check out a synopsis of “Face the Raven” below:

“Have you ever found yourself in a street you’ve never seen before? The next day, could you not find that street again? You weren’t dreaming. Your memory isn’t playing tricks. Like many lost souls throughout the ages, you have stumbled on an extraordinary secret – be grateful you survived it. The Doctor and Clara, with their old friend Rigsy, find themselves in a secret alien world, folded away among the streets of London. Not all of them will get out alive. One of the three intruders must face the raven…”
